Many people seek a diagnosis of ADHD online, but it can be difficult to tell if the tools you’re using are trustworthy.

That’s why it’s better to use an experienced expert.

I am available to carry out assessments and diagnoses for people in a range of age groups, from teenagers to those in retirement.

One of the best ways to start is with an online ADHD assessment, which can save you time and hassle travelling to a clinic.

You can rest assured that all the assessments I deliver are in line with The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Guidelines, and follow the latest Adult ADHD Quality Assurance Standard (AQAS)..

The Benefits of Choosing a Private Online Assessment

Since I am not part of a large organisation, I can provide adult ADHD assessments which are more personalised but still highly professional. I only work with a small number of clients at a time, so can provide exceptional support throughout all stages of your assessment.

What Does the Process Involve?

As part of your adult ADHD assessment, I meet with you for 2.5 hours for a detailed interview about your childhood, your experience of school and learning, your work, family life, friendships and relationships and your sense of yourself.

We will discuss your mental and physical health and your strengths, challenges and difficulties. I will also meet with an individual who knows you well for further insight into your life.

I will ask you and your informant to complete questionnaires. I also review all the reports you have available, including school reports.

Then I will meet with you for a second appointment to discuss the recommendations of the report which may include:

Medication
ADHD Coaching
CBT for ADHD or psychotherapy.

In all, there will be about 4 hours of clinical contact time. If the outcome of the assessment is not an ADHD diagnosis, I will work with you to discuss what the source of your difficulties might be. I can then offer suggestions for further treatment, support and assessment as appropriate.
